My condolences

Dear Muffie, Don and I were very sad to hear of Linc's passing! You all have a special place in our hearts. Linc always wanted the best for those around him. I will always remember your generosity when I visited England and the Chelsea Flower Show. Our prayers are with you and your wonderful family.

With deepest sympathies to the Hoffman family.Linc will be missed.Hang in there Muffie !
With much affection

My wife Susan and I were deeply saddened to hear about the death of Linc. During my 23 years at Citigroup I had the privilege of working with him all over the world on several occasions. Linc was a terrific person, a true professional and a inspiring mentor. We can only imagine how difficult this must be for you and your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Muffin and Family,

We are both truly shocked and deeply saddened by Linc's untimely death. We were so looking forward to catching up with you this weekend. There are so many wonderful memories and the two of you are both part of a very special time in our lives. Just know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

Linc is good looking one in the middle

It's a terrible shock to hear of Linc's death. Franny and I had just been talking about how much we were looking forward to one of our all too infrequent visits with Linc and Muffin. Linc's spirit will always live on in our hearts and stories. One of my favorite college memories is the many laughs Linc and I shared driving the rowing shells up to New York for the 1964 Olympic trials and then hobnobbing with the bigwigs of the rowing establishment.

We are arranging a memorial...

I was saddened to hear of Linc's passing. The reunion has lost another of the early crew who helped establish its tradition, but he will be in our hearts and memories. My condolences to Muffie and the family.

I am so sorry to hear this news and was looking forward to seeing Link at the reunion. He will be there in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Link had a full life, really filled with a lot of good stuff, and I am sure there was plenty more to come, if this untimely death had not occurred. Muffie, I hope you come to DC inspite of, maybe even because of, this tragedy.

Randy and I were so saddened to learn of Linc's passing. We both have fond memories of our days at Citibank with him and more recently when he visited Rhode Island. Our heart goes out to Muffin and the family during this difficult time.
