Felton was one of the most dedicated and loyal volunteers of the Atlanta City Unit of the American Cancer Society. He was always ready and able to help with the fight aganist cancer. It is with a deep sense of loss that I am writing to celebrate the life of Regent Felton Jenkins. As a staff member at the Board of Regents, I was impressed with his dedication and enthusiastic support for the University System and its students, faculty, and staff.
