Not sure what to say?

My family has known The Buntings since my father and Bobby were at Carolina together, Bobby as his Economics professor. Aann to us has always been "Dougie". We grew up together in Chapel Hill. She and her sister Susan were both kind, dear and very gentle in their own special ways, and will be terribly missed. We are so sorry for your loss.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Ann was my dearest, truest friend as we grew up. We spent endless hours together sharing horses, boys, friends, school, etc. She was my sister. Her spirit will live on in all she touched. Ann was a unique gift to the world.

When I heard of Aann's death, so many memories of our friendship in high school in Mt.Vernon, IA ... all of the slumber parties we had, our group, MAGS (a special charm on our bracelet to remember the four of us), riding our horses every weekend, even after we got our driver's licenses! I remember a trip to Chicago when Aann's family moved there. Recently I've been looking forward to seeing classmates after all these years at our 40th high school reunion this summer, and I'm so sorry to have...

Ann was a classmate of mine in high school. We spent many week-ends overnighting at her house, making Chef Boy-R-Dee cheese pizzas and talking all night. I am deeply saddened by her death. My sincerest sympathy to all of you.

Aann is an angel who has gone into the light and leaves the ones of us still here on this Earth with hearts filled with love for her.
We will all be together again one day for a joyous reunion. I feel your pain and sorrow and wish you peace in this time of your loss.

Aann,

Because of your great sense of humor, wisdom, knowledge and compassion, twelve years ago, you helped me change my life. Thank you! I will always remember you.

It seems impossible to have known her and not loved her. She was warm, kind, smart, strong, funny and fun, sensitive ,wonderful and beautiful. I moved away from Wilmington 12 years ago, but I still miss her. There will always be times when I hear her helpful words in my head, little snippets of things that find me when times are hard.
I have a faded copy of some sage wisdom she shared with me posted in my office where I can see it every day. What a legacy she leaves to her family and...

Dearest Bruce and Logan, Sarah and Hadley, My whole family sends our love to you with so much sadness and grief for your loss. My father, Ted, my sister Ricky and I have known Ann, who was "Dougie" to us, and Susan, since they were little girls. The Bunting family were great friends thoughout the years, regardless of the fact that visits were way too far apart. That's a blessing in a way because The Buntings will always be a trip to the coast away. We wll always carry memories of them in our...
