Not sure what to say?

Ellen - I think about you everyday since hearing that Aaron is gone. I can't imagine what you are experiencing. I recently celebrated the birth of my son and now can't imagine the devastation of ever losing him. It has actually changed my perception of being a parent and made me look at what is really important. Still, my heart breaks for you over and over and over.

Aaron and I had so many good times together, mostly revolving around our mutual love of creating music.(although I...

Ellen, I have written a short song for Aaron after listening to his father speak at the memorial service. The words that lingered for me were "his body is broken, but his spirit soars". It was a lovely sharing of Aaron's life from his friends. I hope to continue sharing with you. I'll burn a disc and drop it in the mail for you. Hope all is well for your family. I think of you often and pray for you to have grace.

Aaron, the "Chef"

Some of my favorite memories include Aaron. We met at a time in our lives when we were discovering ourselves and realizing how good life was. My sympathy to all who miss him and all who love him.

It has been many years since I last saw Aaron, but I know how fortunate I was to have been a part of his life. I will always have sweet memories of him that make me smile. His love and talent will be missed.
He is in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Ellen very sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you.

Best Wishes, Nina

This is so sad and heartbreaking. The last time I saw Aaron was at People's Market in Evanston where he talked excitedly about becoming a chef. We had a standing engagement to eat at Charlie Trotter's one day. I will remember him always as a friend, a fellow lover of music and food, and as a creative force - I will miss terribly. My deepest sympathy to his loving mother and family.

Dear Ellen,
I am very sorry for your loss....at such a young age too. I can imagine the pain you and your Mom are experiencing and hope that somehow this will lessen with time, while retaining your fullest and best memories of Aaron.

Hi Ellen,
We are very sad about your tragedy. No parent should ever have to bury a child. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sandy and Bob Simon
