Dear Rex, Kim, and Erica,
Your father was a giant in his field --admired and respected and loved by his colleagues, friends, and the family of whom he was so proud. You three are his and your mother's wonderful legacy. Continue on the path your loving and devoted parents set by their sterling example, knowing that God's abounding grace and love are sufficient for this difficult time in your lives and in the many years ahead.
Love,

But most important was that it was always the “correct” answer. He will be truly missed for his wisdom, understanding, good conversation and his sweet potato pound cakes.
