I'm so sorry to hear of Aaron's passing. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this time. I didn't know Aaron well, but his kindness, generosity, and zest for life were contagious. When I visited the Bay Area from the East Coast in ~2015 and wanted to see Yosemite on a tight budget, Aaron, without hesitation, leant me his car and camping gear and sent me on my way, asking for nothing in return.
