Not sure what to say?

OH! My dear friend.. Always a good word.. Never boring ! From the PHI EP knock-out punch (football champs). to a "point of indenture"... I miss you my brother !

The most interesting man I have ever known. Abbey changed my life and soul as he did yours. So very sorry for all his family and friends. Michael Miller

This poem is a favorite of mine:
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am the thousand winds that blow.
I am diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am gentle autumnal rain.
When you waken in the morning hush,
I am the soft uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there, I did not die.

I offer it in the hope...

Oh ! my A.U. brother. Often I have thought of you ! Always welcome in my heart ! We shall meet again..

deepest sympathies to the family members

Debbie,
We loved Abbey. So sorry to learn of his death. Our hearts go out to you and the many young people he has nurtured, and especially his children.

Just heard about your loss. We are very sorry.

Just found out about Abbey's passing. Words cannot say how sorry. Without his friendship and generosity my son would never have attended American University. He will always be remembered.

Debbie and family, I am so sorry for your loss, I wish I could be there with you. All my love, Barbara
