I just found out about Abbie through another obituary, that of her half brother, James Nichols, of Augusta, ME. That would make her my father's (Wayne Walker, Woodstock, VT) step sister. Sorry for your loss!

I worked with Abbie many years ago as a young girl at the Rockingham Hospital in Bellows Falls VT. She always had a smile, always pleasant and a gentle soul. She will be missed.

Many memories flood my mind of days gone by and picnics for Mothers Day, Birthdays, etc. on Spencer Hollow. It was a sweet time and one my family will always remember.
