Schultz, Abbie Lee Was born September 10, 1913 in Columbiana, Alabama. She departed this life Friday, December 19, 2014 at her home in Gary, Indiana. Mrs. Schultz accepted Christ at at early age and united with Macedonia Baptist Church in Shelby County, Alabama. She moved to Gary, Indiana with her late husband, Percy Schultz, in the 60's. In the late 60's she moved to Russellville, Alabama to care for her mother, Mrs. Clara Teague. She united with first Baptist Church and became an active member by singing in the choir serving in the missionary society and working on the kitchen committee. She loved her Church and enjoyed working for it and the community. Because of her failing health Mrs. Schultz moved to Birmingham, Alabama with her sister Mable Nalls. She moved to Gary, Indiana in September 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Greenlea and Clara Teague; husband, Percy Schultz; son, Alvin Schultz; and brothers Milton, Ruben, and Arthur Greenlea. Mrs. Schultz leaves to cherish her memory, 1 son, Clarence (Eloise) Schultz; 1 sister, Mable Nalls; daughter-in-law, Helen Schultz; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-great grandchildren; 3 nieces; and a host of relatives and good friends. Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Russellville, AL on Saturday, December 27, 2014.
