Abby O'Neill was an amazing champion for children. Her support for the Parent-Child Home Program enabled it to grow and thrive in her town of Oyster Bay, across Long Island, and across the country. The staff and board of PCHP are so honored to have worked with her and will miss her very much.

I had the honor of working with Abby during my time at Family Service Association and as the Board Chair of the National Association of Mothers' Centers. Abby was dedicated to improving the lives of families and gave of both her time and resources. She challenged the status quo, always encouraging us to go above and beyond.
