I played ball with Abdul in Junior and High school and was one of the nicest people I've known. I remember days playing ball in my driveway with Abdul and other players and seeing him at the 4th of July parade when he was home from Italy. He had a smile and demeaner that lit up the world. He will be greatly missed.

It hurts most when it happens too soon. My sincere condolences to Abdul's family and friends. As a classmate at Park High School, I will always remember his ear-to-ear smile and his glowing, genuine personality.
