Abel was born on February 3, 1954 and passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016. Abel was a resident of Kerrville, Texas at the time of his passing. He attended school and graduated in Bandera. He was married to Olivia. Rosary will be 6 PM Thursday July 7 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels.Mass will be held 10 AM Friday July 8 2016 at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Burial will follow at a later date.
