Abraham "Hugh" Bateson, 31, was suddenly taken from us on June 4, 2018.
He graduated from Dulles High School in 2005. He leaves behind a host of family and friends who will miss him forever. He is survived by his wife, Donna Valdez; his Mother, Diane Davis and Stepfather, Ralph Davis; his Father, David Bateson and Stepmother Carol Bateson; his Brothers, Joseph Bateson and daughter Faith Bateson; Carl Bateson and wife, Kristi Bateson, sons Colby, Logan and Jacob, and daughters Isabella Bateson and Ashlyn Stambaugh and her daughter, Nayeli Avellaneda; his Sisters, Ashley Brownson and her husband, Jeff Brownson, and their children Hailey and Jacob; and Brittany Rogers; Maw-Maw Gladys Foster, Grandma Mary Walker, and Grandparents Paul and Betty Davis.

Missing him more than I could possibly ever articulate. Hugh was such a bright spot in my days "growing up", and without a doubt: a nearest and dearest friend. While we may have grown apart in the different directions life inevitably takes our childhood friends, the world always makes more sense with Hugh in it.
