Dad you are so missed and still love. In my eyes you were the best father a daughter could have. Your love for God, and the great example you alway show to all. You would help anyone with out question. And would give the shirt off your back if you had too. Love you. Hope to see you agin one day love you daughter Dewanna

You were an inspiration to so many, Poppaw. We all will miss you and I just want you to know that I loved you and still love you so so so much. I remember the days in the summer you and I spent on the front porch swing, just talking about anything that would come to our minds. And the bike rides we had together with Mommaw down at the track where she would walk and you and I would race; you always won.
I was so sad to hear you were gone, but I know you're in a much better place, now. I...

You were such an inspiration to so many, Poppaw. I love you so much I hope you knew that. Everyone will miss you so much. I remember the days in the summer where we would just sit on the porch swing and talk and talk for hours, never being bored. And then the days you and I would ride bikes together on the track. Those were some of the best times that I'll keep with me forever and ever. I'll miss you so much; but I know you're in a much better place. I love you, Poppaw.
