Ada was born on July 1, 1917 and passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017. Ada was a resident of Utah at the time of passing. Ada grew up in Layton where she graduated from Bear River High School in 1936. To support her little family, Ada began a long career, working at JC Penny, Deseret Book, supporting the war effort at the Navy Base and eventually retiring from Cutter Laboratories in 1982. Her centennial birthday was an amazing event and because of this there will only be a viewing this Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main with a private graveside service. She was the cutest, sweetest, funniest, awesome little old lady ever! I loved every minute I got to know her! She never ceased to amaze me at what she could do at 100 years old! She was adorable and fun to be around and she was right about having one hum dinger of a 100th birthday party! She is truly missed!
