Ada Elizabeth Marten

My Cousin Ada was a shining light, I had the joy of going to Ada and Bills' home in Camano Island. Our Cousin Betty (Pearson) Darbyshire and her Husband Ralph accompanied me. Her visit to Sheffield, were always fun when all our Cousins would meet up at Norah's (Pearson) Ellis. It was soooooo sad to see this memorial, I had lost touch with Ada, but I know she will be dancing on cloud 9 with her family, watching over us all. Ada was such a beautiful lady all the time. I have seen some of her beautiful dresses that she loved to wear. When I would see her she was always dressed up and looked like she just walked out of a photo shoot for a fashion magazine. Even in her later years in the summer of 2023, Ada was sharp, witty and just a lovely lady to be around! Her daughter Judy is so much like her mom Ada.
