THORNTHWAITE, Ada - Peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Sunday, 4th July, Ada, of Lonsdale Court, Penrith, formerly of Clifton Moor, aged 95 years, dearly loved wife of the late Thomas, dearest mother of Nora, Ada and the late John and a much loved nana and great nana. Funeral service at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday, 9th July at 3.40p.m. Family flowers only are requested, if desired donations in memory of Ada may be made to the Eden Valley Hospice Children's Wing and left at the service or sent c/o Walker's Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Penrith CA11 8HY.
