Adaline M. Atkins

Mrs. Atkins was a most gracious and generous lady. After her husband passed away, she guided me through the intricacies of finalizing my father's estate. My children were very young at the time, and she was always so kind and engaging toward them. She would bring them books and games, and would sometimes slip them a couple dollars, which was a big deal to them. She stopped by our house on several occasions and dropped off lavender cookies for the family and homemade potpourri for me. She...
