Dear Eve. Please accept sincere sympathy on your son's death from a very old acquaintance of both you and Tony from long ago in Rotorua and less long ago in Auckland. You may remember that you, Elaine, Tony and I were at Glenholme Primary back in the 50s. Tony and I were then journalist mates in Auckland for years.
