Not sure what to say?

I am just now finding out about Adam. I was a freind of his in High School in Manassas, VA. Senior year, he and his family moved to Hampton,VA. I was introverted and not very social. It seemed he took me on as a project. He opened me to a more social world and to believe in myself. He had passions and encouraged me to believe in my passions. We lost touch once he moved, but I thought of him often. I did pursue my passions and his early support allowed me to do so. Over the years I wanted to...

Aloha Adam. We celebrated your life one year ago at the beach. We all miss you Adam. A hui hou.

A year ago, the world lost a great person. I'm grateful to have known him. Aloha Adam.

Adam you are sorely missed by us. Also by the family in Holland. Our thoughts are with your parents.

I was just trying to occupy my insomnia, looking up old friends when I read that Adam had passed. Jill and I were sailing compadres way back in the 80s and Adam was my first serious crush. So smart, funny and gentle- I would get so nervous around him but he was also so sweet to me. Truly original, even at 15. I'm sad to know your gone, Adam. All my love to Jill and your Mom and Dad. Xx Lisa

I miss you every single moment and will love you always.

You are missed Adam. We think of you often! Love and thoughts to your parents and sister.

Six months ago you left us, Adam, and still I can't believe you're gone. I miss you, my friend.

I, too, just learned of Adam's passing through my friend, Marley. I was so saddened to see this. Adam was such a sweet and gentle soul when I knew him at Wrightsville Beach in the early 90s, and from what I've read he continued to spread kindness to everyone he encountered. The world has lost a special person.
