I was saddened to hear of Dr. Raisners passing. I have been very lucky to have great doctors, and great individuals as my doctors throughout the years. Dr. Raisner was truly the one that was the best. He will be missed by me, and many others very much. My sympathies to his family.

My wife and I were deeply saddened to learn of Dr. Raisner's sudden death. We have both been patients at the Medfield practice for over 20 years. He was my doctor for the last 10 years. I found him to be a compassionate person who truly listened to me. As others have mentioned he also had a terrific sense of humor and often made me laugh. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayer are with his family, colleagues and friends.

Our family moved to Connecticut right around the time of Dr. Raisner's passing. I just opened my forwarded mail today and received the tragic news. My husband, myself and our son all saw Dr. Raisner during the last 6-7 years. I cannot tell you how many times he correctly diagnosed and treated our ailments. Dr. Raisner was a very professional, considerate doctor with a terrific bedside manner. He always had time for my husband who would call at the last minute. Dr. Raisner was a great...

I belatedly learned of the passing of my favorite doctor, Dr. Raisner, and want to express to his wife and family how much I appreciated him as a physician. Over time Adam made a point to know me and my concerns and spent the time to help in any way he could. For his care I am very, very grateful, and I will miss him. God bless you all.

My sincerest condolences on your loss. Dr. Raisner was my doctor for the past 7-8 years. I have never had a doctor that was as "present" as Adam. He listened carefully and provided great care, while smiling constantly and sharing his great sense of humor. I will miss him.

I was a patient of Dr. Raisner for the last 10 years seeing him mostly for physical exams and other minor ailments. Over the last couple of years though, I have got to know him better as I dealt with more severe health issues. I last saw him only a month ago. He was always extremely caring and friendly, wearing that smile all the time. I enjoyed going to see him because I knew I would get the best care. I have been in shock ever since I received the news. My thoughts and prayers go out...
