Not sure what to say?

Mary & family......I wanted to share an exchange with Samantha Reedfield, in memory of Adam. Last night as we read her daily devotion, I read the date and she sadly said, "this is the anniversary of Adam's death" and I answered, "Yes, May 23rd will never be the same for us." After a few moments of reflective silence, she said, "well, we CAN be happy for Adam, because he's with Jesus......what are streets of gold?" Talk turned to Adam's song - "I can only imagine" and all the wonderful joys...

Dear Mary and Family, and Kathy and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Adam but his battle is won, with Jesus and he is free and happy and heaven has to be the best! Our family would hear of updates through Heits Point and your parents would share with us and we prayed for you. My baby niece, Peyton Anne Rodina, was diagnosed with germ cell cancer about the same time as Adam so we shared alot at the camp. Peyton is 2 1/2 now and in remission. Kathy, we are thinking of...

We are blessed to have been prayer warriors in Adam's email Army. It has also been a blessing to see what awesome witnesses of God's love and strength Adam and his family have been to all, believers and unbelievers alike.

Adam, you are truly missed.

After I got the news, I was listening to the radio and I heard the song “One of These Days”. The chorus says “One of these days I'm gonna see the hands that took the nails for me. One of these days I'm gonna hold the keys to the mansion built for me. One of these days I'm gonna walk the streets of gold that were paved for me. One of these days I'm gonna see my Savior face to face. One of these days”.

I smiled as I cried, thinking about...

Dear Mary, Jeff and family:

It is a trying time you have been through. My prayers and Vickie's have been with you as we have had frequent updates on Adam from Mary Kalthoff.
His soul is with the Lord now...waiting for the day of resurrection and a wonderful reunion with family and fellow-Christians. "In everything God works for good to those who love him..." Yes...even in this, although now we see "through a glass darkly."

Pastor and Vickie Kalthoff

Dear Reed Family,
I am a friend of Patrice Hatfield's and work with her at Sutherland's.
What an inspiration your family has been to us all in showing us how a Christian family trust God. I know you will mourn Adam's passing, but isn't it nice to know he is with Jesus and will be waiting to welcome us all home. Also thanks to
Aunt Kathy, she was a wonderful messenger. I will always hold your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Peace be with you
Jerry

Words cannot explain what is felt. But seeing the family so grounded through this and the joy that continues to overflow is an inspiration and truly a gift from God. Kurt, Kelly, Chris and Dusty

Our deepest sympathy to the family. He was such a warrior in his fight and he is now with our Lord and will suffer no more. He will be your guardian "Angel". I also have my very own "Angel". Prayers will continue for the Reed family. I work with Patrice Hatfield and she requested prayers when my Grandson Jake went thru a rough surgery last year. Blessings to all!!!!! God is good.

Mary, Jeff and Children, no greater spirit and strength has been shown to us as in Adam's life and now in his return to our Lord. Adam IS the example all of us hope to achieve. Always know our thoughts, prayers and our hope for peace in your hearts are with each of you.
