Dr. Salem was an amazing dentist who worked with me over my fears of dentist's. He was also my friend and took the time needed every time to make sure I was ok and always asked about my family and told me about his girls. He was very proud of his daughters. Adam wore his heart on his sleeve. I miss you and send love and condolences to your family. Much love always Christie

I'm very saddened to have learned the passing of such a wonderful human being. I came to him with tooth pain and fear of dentists. He was a dream. He was so kind, comforting and there was never pain with him. He restored my faith in dentists. He will be truly missed. I made sure to thank him so many times for what he's done for me and so many other patients. He was the very best.
