Not sure what to say?

Professor Scrupski was a member of my dissertation committee. His insights and support made it possible for me to complete my study and earn my doctorate. A kind and caring scholar who will always be remembered.

Adam was a "collecting" friend. We meet at a board game auction almost 30 years ago. Adam had so much knowledge and passion about what he collected. His and his wife's home was like a museum and enjoyed it every time I was invited over. I learned a lot from Adam and think about him often. I was lucky to have known this special man...... Dr. Scrupski mentored me at Rutgers and changed my life. All of my interest in education was inspired by him. I moved away from NJ and, unfortunately, lost touch. He was a wonderful man to whom I am greatly indebted. Rest in peace, Dr. Scrupski.

I just learned today of the passing of my friend Adam. Adam loved to collect toys/books/advertising amongst many other items. I met him at a board game auction about 25 years ago and we hit it off right away. Adam and I went to collector shows and Lambertville Antique Flea market. He would call me from time to time looking to show and sell items. I seen Adam last year, little did I know that would be the last time. I am happy to have known Adam for 25 years. May he rest in piece. My sincere...

Just learned of Dr Scrupski's passing on May 2. I was one of his pupils at Central School's 7th grade class ca. 1954. But more importantly he instilled my desire in learning which led to a bachelor's degree in chemistry at Rutgers (1964) and PhD at Cornell. It was great to learn that he went on to become a renowned academic at Rutgers. He certainly was a special influence in my life.

I am sorry to hear of this sad news. Although it has been quite a long time since I had been in contact with Adam, I will always remember him for his kind and gentle nature.

My very sincere sympathy on your loss. I will miss seeing him at the annual All Classes Irvington High School reunion luncheons. I knew him from our high school days and of course rooted for him at every football game. May many good memories remain with you.

I was so saddened to learn from Janet that your Dad had passed. I remember what great times we had many, many years ago when we lived in the same neighborhood. He was a good friend. I always looked up to him because he was very intelligent and gave good advice. Peace and love to you and your family Susie. Toni
