To the family, friends, and military unit of Staff Sgt. Thomas, Please, accept my deepest condolences for your loss of Adam and my gratitude for his brave service and ultimate sacrifice to defend freedom and protect our way of life. He is a true American hero, may he rest in Peace and may you have healing for your loss.

Adam was a team member in Afghanistan with my son SSG Brandon Whitcomb. I cannot begin to express my deepest sympathies. He will be dearly missed by his team, their families, and all the people he touched along the way. May God bless you during your time of sorrow and all the days of your life.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I was a former student at Newman and Mackenzie is now an intern at West Complex where my daughter works. Our family was very sorry to hear about this tragedy.
