Addie was born on August 20, 1962 and passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019. Addie was a resident of Rome, Georgia at the time of passing. She attended Coosa High School. Survivors include her children, Mandy Brownlow, Bill Lowman, Jr., Lee Lowman, Love Lowman, and BJ Cowart; sisters, Marie Hall and Patricia Cisneros; brother, Johnny Edwards; and six grandchildren, Caylee Brownlow, Jazmine Craig, Oakley Lowman, Brandon Lowman, Westin Lowman and Matthew Lowman, all of Rome, GA. Funeral service will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday June 19, 2019 at Good shepherd Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Pollard officiating.
