Addie D. Foreman HERTFORD - Addie Dance Foreman, of the 200 block of Muddy Creek Road, died Dec. 11, 2008. A funeral will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Galatia Missionary Baptist Church. Stallings Funeral Homes, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
