I used to ski with Adela mostly at Heavenly, and some of the other Tahoe resorts. I will never forget skiing with her at Sierra At Tahoe. She had to be in her seventies, (had at least 23 years on me), and I could barely keep up with her. She was fun to be with. I had no idea about her other accomplishments. She is missed.

Always so happy and knowledgeable....up to date on electronics, people and the nation. I LOVED HER for
that extra effort she always gave ! Named, I'm told after my Grandmother, Mrs.Adela M. Sawyer of Globe. However, she set her own pace and as "Granie" admitted once to me, she certainly is mis-named she has far outdistanced me ! " LITTLE Adela" was her own person and Thank God for that ! She is missed and always will be as she is an important family member ! REST IN PEACE....GOD BE...
