Adele Kovats
Passed away at home in Pt. Reyes Station, after a long illness on June 17, 2004. She was 79 years old.
Beloved wife of 59 years to Gus Kovats of Pt. Reyes Station. Loving mother of Mary (John) Sanchez of Tomales and Charlie (Diane) Kovats of Stockton. Devoted grandmother of Shannon and Joe Selstrom, Justin Salauni, Kelly and Tim Furlong, Johnny and Angie Sanchez, Geraldine Kovats, Charles Kovats Jr., Tom Kovats, and Elizabeth Kovats. Great-grandmother of six. Dear sister of Eufrasia and Vittorio Cecchetto, Antonio and Agusta Cerini, Ugo and Clara Cerini of Rome, Italy, and Fortunata Quick of Mansfield, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A member of the Inverness Garden Club; faithful member of Sacred Heart Parish, Top of the Bay Sam's Club, and was a 4-H leader for over 30 years. She was a native of Rome, Italy.
Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services, Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hwy. 1, Olema. Friends may call for Visitation on Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the ADOBE CREEK FUNERAL HOME, 331 Lakeville Street, Petaluma, then after 5 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Monday at 7:00 p.m.
