I have knowm Mrs Macys 50 years. Diane and I have been best friends since middle school and I'm happy to say still in each others lives. I could write a novel here about how loving Mrs Macys was. Her smile and laugh are imprinted in my memory! For me I will share a personal impact. You read above how she went back to work to help her children through college. I will always remember Mrs. Macys with a smile. Growing up as neighborhood children, she was kind and had a smile for me. As an adult, it was fun to have conversations, while shoveling snow, going to pick lilacs from across the street, and while visiting my mother. Rest in peace, Mrs. Macys.
