I worked with Adele for many years at Sutter Community Hospitals, and am honored to have known her. Adele always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, even in times of personal crisis. I loved her and admired her, as did many others, and am thankful for the many fond memories that I have of Adele. Oh, did we have some great times! She loved the both of you with all of her heart and soul. She was so very proud of both of you.

Adele was a wonderful person. I was so sad to hear about her passing away. I worked with her for years at Sutter Memorial. She was an inspiration to many people. Despite her constant pain and troubles, she always tried to remain upbeat and cheerful. I will miss her.

I won't be able to make it to the funeral, but wanted to convey to the family that Adele was a wonderful neighbor and dear woman who loved her house and garden so much. She and my son Michael had a close friendship. He enjoyed doing things for her and having long talks with her while he helped around her house and garden. The neighborhood won't be the same without her cheery hellos and upbeat personality that always shown through despite the physical pain she endured at the end. She will be...
