I miss my mom every day

Adele was my best friend when I was 15 or so. We met at the Southborough School (later to merge with St. Mark's School) during the first day of orientation; sort of like one of those after school movies when the friends meet and instantly hit it off. We shared a lot of great times, kitchen duty, trips to her Dad's in Newport RI, and her grandmother's house at Narraganset Beach, lots and lots of laughs, the "Penthouse" dorm Vth form (11th grade) year with Suzie and Celia, and at least one...

I wonder how many of us have some treasure that Adele made and gave unexpectedly, for no occasion except friendship. Her generosity of spirit was the best gift of all, sadly missed now in this world. A truly lovely person.
