Beloved husband of Mae (nee Swiercinski) for 57 years; cherished father of Pauline Jakubiec; loving brother of Patricia (Don) Hoger, Ronald (Margaret) Jakubiec, Michael Jakubiec, the late John (Mildred) Jakubiec, and the late Raymond (Cynthia) Jakubiec; dear son of the late John and Helen Jakubiec; fond uncle of many. Member of Teamsters Local #73.
Church Visitation Saturday, April 1st from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patricia Roman Catholic Church, 9050 S. 86th Avenue, Hickory Hills, IL 60457.
