I am Leona Hoekstra's granddaughter and wanted to extend my sympathy to you on Mrs. Thorsness' passing. She was such a beautiful person (I still remember that round picture of her that might have been in the hallway on Hutchison)and always very kind to me.
I'm sure she will be missed. Gram loved her so much and it was never a burden to go to "bridge with the girls" if it was at Mrs. Thornness' house.
