Words seem so useless at a time like this, but we had to let you know how much we hurt with you. It's hard to understand how Nena's suffering has now turned into a time of celebration and joy for her now that she's in the land of "no more tears."

It would be selfish for us to want to bring her back, but down deep how we wish we could. It's good to know that your children are close by and will be looking after you, Ishmael, in the difficult days...

Tia Nena, you will be missed very much by all your family in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas.

Both you and Tio Ismael are in our prayers. I am truly sorry we were unable to be there but please know Tia Nena will always be in our hearts. We have wonderful memories and pictures to remind us of happy times spent. Keep looking to the future and hopefully, we will be able to see you very soon! You have our love.

She was a very lucky woman 2 have a great family like the Baldazos and the Delgados And we will miss her greatly.

Tia Nena, I will really miss you and I will always remember how you used to call my sisters, my daughter and I "Chulas" Well, you were always chula also and I wish I could be there during this time of sadness for the family. Until we meet again tia.
