Not sure what to say?

There are not enough sympathetic words in Webster for me to convey to you how I feel about your loss. A year later and I can not believe that "Addie" is no longer among the living. She will always have a special place in my heart. Addie treated the staff at BIMC - MMTP with dignity and respect and we always wanted to come to work. I miss her and I know I will see her again, someday.

I was a high school classmate of Addie at The Bronx High School of Science (class of 1957) and I've never forgotten her warmth, wonderful sense of humor and beautiful smile. My condolences to her family and to her dear ones.

Although we learned of her passing quite by accident, we share the grief of all whose lives she touched. She left us with cherished memories of the six cousins at family parties and picnics and of fun filled days in Jamesport and at Vogt's Beach. She was simply the best - bright, witty, adventurous, and talented. We celebrate her accomplishments - and her life.
Rest peacefully, coz, until we all meet again on a sunny beach.

There are no words that can describe this loss. Addie was a wonderful Administrator but more importantly she was an outstanding human being. Her relationships transcended roles and she treated everyone with dignity and respect. She was not just my boss, she was my friend and I am going to miss her terribly. "Kiddo" we know you are watching us from those pearly gates.

I was truly saddened to hear of Addie's passing. I feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity to work with Addie and I was impressed with her dedication to those who suffered from addiction. She would often remind us that our goal was to help the client who was suffering. I also saw her demonstrate many kindnesses to those who worked closely with her, and I personally was a recipient of her heartfelt concern at a time when I most needed it. My thoughts and prayers and deepest...

News of Addies passing has deeply saddened me. Addie was a valued colleague and friend for more than a decade. Her endless compassion for those suffering from addiction was a benchmark for us all to reach for. It was also her great intellect and wit that kept us grounded while she helped us get through those moments when no solution seemed to be in sight. Addie, I feel honored to have known you and will miss you greatly. My deepest condolences go out to your entire family, including...

I would like to express my sympathy to Addie's family and especially to Marguerite.

Addie was a friend, colleague, cubicle-mate, mentor and advocate. She sometimes served as the big sister which I never had. She was a great worker and example for me as she helped me manuever through the bureauacracy. Thank you Addie, for all your help and good advice. During our cubicle-sharing days, she would always inquire and we would talk about the trials and rewards of raising kids and family, in general. She often spoke of her nieces and nephews some of whom were near in age to my...

I was blessed to have met Addie who had saw things in me that I was too afraid to acknowledge in myself. For those of us who have been touched by the compassion and strength that she offered at Beth Israel Medical Center MMTP this will be a great lost. We will miss you KIDDO.
