Not sure what to say?

Dr. Shaw, I'm saddened to hear of Adelle's passing. She was a lovely, busy lady and I'm sure you will miss her. Please accept my condolences.

I knew Mrs. Shaw only briefly. We met a few years ago and during the time we knew one another she challenged and inspired me. Her fierce dedication to and love of her family, perseverance through the challenges which came her way and her determination to hold fast to all that she cherished will stay with me for years to come. May her family find comfort and may she know the peaceful rest she so richly earned.

Dear Shaw Family, Adelle and I graduated from high school together in Shreveport. We were always good friends and I would see her often exercising at the Houstonian Club. My sincere condolences to your family.

Dr. Shaw , please accept my heartfelt sympathy with your loss. Adelle was probably the most sincere , lovely , sweet person I was fortunate enough to know. Although it has been 56 years since 1962 it is like yesterday . It appears that she had a loving and complete life . Death ignites a flood of memories and with her it is all good .

So very sorry to hear about Adele. She was my 3rd cousin. Her mother, Mary was my daddy Sam Weisman's 1st cousin. I grew up in Shreveport & our families were very close. I pray for all of you with my deepest sympathy . Margy Weisman Ray

Adelle was a good friend from our Byrd HS days in Shreveport. I am sorry to hear of her losing her valiant battle, and wish her family peace and courage in the days ahead.

My sister, June (Anderson) Miller, and Adelle were inseparable friends in high school and kept in touch through the years. My sister is now in her last days after a 17 year battle with breast cancer so I know and am feeling the sadness that comes with loosing someone who is so loved and will be so missed. Please know that our prayers are with you and we grieve with you.

A good heart has stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven.
Please accept our condolences and may our prayers help comfort you.
