Adelyn was my art teacher at Saint Anthony of Padua High School. She was the epitome of sophistication, style and elegance every single day. She had that Grace Kelly type aura about her and was so at ease while carrying in this way that she was just captivating. She had an infectious smile and so much charisma and warmth. Two of the prettiest and sweetest ladies (Adelyn & Madelyn) together again. Former teachers at Bayless School District. My sincere sympathies to their families for their loss. Sally Osborn McGowan, former student.

One of the sweetest people I've known. As Marilyn's long-time friend, I always felt comfortable calling Adelyn "Mom." She was quick with a smile and a hug, and the three of us enjoyed some fun lunches and shopping parties over the years. She will be missed. Truly a wonderful lady!
