Al, was my teacher and colleague, whom I got to call 'my friend'. As a teacher he was always patient and informative. As a colleague, he was ever willing to assist no matter the hour of day or night, even tempered at all times, fun loving and with a perpetual sense of optimism. He exuded kindness that was always accompanied by his warm smile. He applied all these qualities to the care of his many patients whom he served with indefatigability. Al Luciano was a wonderful colleague and friend , whom I had the privilege of knowing for many years . On Halloween I would drive my kids to his house for trick-or-treat fix it and kids loved it.Later on we did carpooling and I used to drive Gina Carlos and Paul to green farms Academy and Ana used to drive kids back from school.It was our routine for several years.Al was a perfect human being, ,a very pleasant compassionate and hard-working physician who cared so much about his patients.
