Not sure what to say?

Dearest Alfrieda, We just found that Adon had passed. We miss you and love you. Prayers of love and comfort for you and your family.

Adonis was a great person.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Taft family and friends in this time of grief. Sorry for your loss. May the peace of God comfort you through this difficult time.

I remember speaking to Mr. Taft at length on one occasion when he and Mrs. Taft joined the Woodwards and us at our dinner table at CR. He impressed me with his demeanor, calm, honest and direct speaking style, and obvious command of subject and depth of knowledge. But most of all I remember him as a gentleman. And in my mind the title gentleman is the pinnacle of titles that I, in my own mind, "award" to very few men. Rest in peace Mr. Taft. The world is a better place because of you....

In memory of a beloved friend. He was a wonderful husband, Father and Grandfather. He accomplished so much during life, including a distinguished career as a writer, serving his country in the military, and above all being a wonderful Christian example for all who knew him. He will be missed greatly! In Christ´s love. Jim and Linda Woodward.

One of the sweetest, most kind people I´ve ever known and I was honored to call him my Uncle Adon. Love you always ...Jennifer
