Not sure what to say?

I am sorry I am so late in reading this. Your father sounds like he was such an interesting and creative man...I'm sorry I never really got to know him beyond saying Hi the couple of times I met him in high school. I am so sorry for your loss Maureen. Know that you are in my thoughts. Love you!

Hey Mo Mo! Although I had met your dad a few times in Anchorage it sounds like he lived a long and fulfilling life! It is amazing what going to the state of Alaska can do and make people want to stay in that beautiful wintery wonderland! It is also amazing how your family's locations match up to each place that my family has lived or I have lived...Bandon By The Sea, Oregon; Anchorage, Alaska; and Tucson, Arizona where my mom passed away in Janusary 2007. I know what it feels like to loose a...

I was priviledged to spend a wonferful summer with the DeZeeuw family. They made me feel like a member of their family. I share many fun & warm memories of that time with my family. Adrian had a quiet smile and laugh. He had a great love for his family. Mae,Maureen, Adrian and Brian -I wish I could give you a hug.

MAY YOU ALL HAVE HOPE IN TOMORROW,
FAITH IN THE EVERLASTING,AND HOLD ON TO THE GREAT MEMORIES OF (DE).
WE TRULY LOVED HIM AND WILL MISS HIM. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL.

We are never really ready to let our parents go, no matter how old we are ourselves. My thoughts are with you as you remember your dad, Maureen.

May your time of sadness be tempered with peace and loving memories.Adrian and I were stationed together when I was a young Corpsman in the Coast Guard, fresh out of school. I have many great memories of Chief "D" on our
Seattle cutter.After I had retired
from my USCG career and moved to Anchorage, "D", Mary and I used to
see each other at the Air Force BX,Commissary and the Hospital where I worked for 18 years. I was always interested in their trips to the lower 48.
Fair winds...

May happy memories carry you through this time of sadness. We wish you and your family strength and peace. With sincere love and cherished memories of our friendship through the years.
