The news of Adrians death just reached me in Flagstaff, AZ, by way of a friend in Everett.
I have mentioned Adrian often over the years when I tell a story about an earthquake that hit Seattle and Everett in our high school years. When the quake started, Adrian yelled, "Oh, neat, an earthquake!" The whole class rushed to the windows to watch as the earthquake moved the shrubs outside the window, and we could see the drive-in movie screen in the distance do an up and down movement. ...

I am sorry to hear of Adrians passing.It was just in the Everett Herald in Washington.I was a good friend when we were in our teens. Myself,Adrian and Ron Guiley were the 3 buddies who enlisted in the US Army together.We all attended boot camp and Advanced trainig together.We all then went to Officer Candidate Schools and graduated and all found our way to Vietnam.We kept in touch for awhile after our service years but lost touch as life moved on.His photo looks good.He was always a bit pudgy...
