Adrian "Skip" Marsden

To the Marsden Family,
I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Skip as I will always look at my time with American Security Vault services as a great education. I started with ASC in the infancy of the Vault services department working weekends and a couple days of the week (Vanco the big vendor then), I was patient and work my way up the ladder to a management position learning all I could from Larry May, Dan McCarthy and yes even Dave Tacklo each person taught me something. ...

Sue, I am so sorry to hear of Skip's passing. I apologize for not being able to make any of the events this past weekend as I actually did not know of his passing until it was too late. :( My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family and Skips as well. Skip was a great man and I respected and felt priveleged to have a nice working relationship with him for quite a while and a good friendship as well.

We have known Skip for the last three years. We met Skip at the Saint Paul Pass Duck Club. He showed a great interest in sharing his passion for the outdoors with us.His love of the outdoors and encouraging young people to share that passion insures that his love of the outdoors.

I use to work for American Security Corporation. I worked there from 1986 to 2000. I met Skip at an anual get together at home base. All I can say is, he was one heck of a person. I told him that during a heavy rain, at Seagate, I acidentally drowned the security vehicle. I asked him how they came out on the car, and he said that the insurance covered it. All I can say, is he was one great person.

Skip was someone you couldn't help but love. He was a self made man that was enthusiastic, animated, loyal and clearly unique. He made a huge positive impact on my life and was a mentor to hundreds. He will be truly missed. Great stories about Skip will live on. I am sorry to think he is gone and my prayers are with all of his family and closest friends. He will be greatly missed.

To the Marsden Family - I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Skip for many years. He had my full respect and I admired his ability to work hard and make his customers happy. He was a delightful gentleman and was always an uplifting person to talk to and always made me feel as if I was apart of the Marsden family. My sorrow and prayers go out to the Marsden family.
