Adrian Elbert Pickeral, 88, of Roanoke, passed away Friday, June 4, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Metz Pickeral. Mr. Pickeral was retired from Stafford & Inge as an electrician. Services will be at Oakey's South Chapel on Brambleton Ave. at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2010....
Read MoreWhile I working part-time during college at the store my mother managed (15 or so years ago), "Mr. P" would come in there almost daily and keep my co-worker and me company while doing a couple of scratch-off lottery tickets. He was so warm and a great story teller. I can still hear his contagious laugh he would so generously share with us. My heart felt sympathies for your loss. He was a good man.

So sorry to hear that Mr. Pickeral passed away. He worked with my father Malvin Overton for many years at Stanford & Inge Sign Co and he was always so nice to my sisters and I and when dad died he came to the funeral home and shared stories with us of working with him.
