Not sure what to say?

We were in the same undergraduate year at Manchester University in the Metallurgy Department. Adrian was the top student and a very kind person. I am researching for a talk at Manchester in June and came across this obituary. Very sorry for your loss.

Adrian was a colleague at PNNL and a good friend here in Oceanside after retirement!

May God comfort and console you during this especially sad time. Please accept my sincere condolences, I am so sorry for your loss.

Adrian was a wonderful man with an irrepressible spirit and never-ending enthusiasm. A natural teacher and great writer. I enjoyed working with him and for him. Forever grateful for the experience.

Adrian was was an intelligent, kind, and inspiring friend. We both worked at PNNL and Battelle for many years, and then became neighbors in Oceanside after retirement. We will miss him.

Although I worked with Adrian at PNNL, I became his friend as a neighbor in Oceanside Oregon. Adrian was a delightful individual and was a superb host. Enjoyed knowing Adrian.

Dear Susan - I am so sorry to learn of your family’s loss. I remember Adrian from his days teaching at OGI, later discovering that you had settled in Oceanside to enjoy retirement. I’ll miss his energy, sharp sense of humor, and fondness for Gilbert and Sullivan.

Adrian was a dear friend and a professional colleague. We worked together at the Oregon Graduate Institute, and later here in Tillamook on a biowaste recycling project. Always a source of professional advice and counsel... given with dry British humor, Adrian will be missed.
