Me and Adrienne Magee

I'd like to share with you all, some memories I have. I knew Adrienne for sixteen years. 10 of those she was my Best Friend. I love Ashleigh, Aleisha and Zack, like my own children. I have a bond with them like no other. I have many memories of good times and bad. One of my favorite memories, the night Aleisha was born. In the car, she was born in my hands. The greatest feeling in the world is to witness the birth of a child, even better is being the first person that child has ever seen....

I didn't know the Magees but I cannot stop thinking of the tragedy. I pray for the family, especially the girls. May God bless them and give them unending strength from this. Adrienne, you make me proud to be a mother.

I did not have the honor in knowing Adrienne or her children, but I am deeply saddened over this unthinkable tragedy. I pray everyday for those two precious girls & hope one day their faith will be restored in humanity. May God bless these little girls & comfort them in knowing their mom & Ashton are looking over them.

Although I didn't know the family, I can assure you that my family and friends are praying for the surviving kids. May these kids and the family caring for them, gain strength from this and live long.
A Mandeville Neighbor

Adrianne,
Thank you for all of the love you gave my daughter. Thank you for all of the smiles you gave to me to make my days a little brighter. It's so hard to say good bye so I won't. I'll say until we meet again mother to mother friend to friend. Your laughter, your cheer will always live in my Nadia's heart.

The Thom Family

Emmett considers Aleisha a good friend from Mrs. Hague's class and he hopes to see you around MES again. Please know that our family is praying for you and Ashleigh each night.
With love,
The Racine Family

A neighbor of mine expressed to me what a wonderful person Adrienne was as she tended to her little girl at school. Her expression and words conveyed to me what a wonderful person she was. I am sure that Ashton was a reflection of his mother. May God give you all the strength and comfort to get through this tragedy. God bless you all.

Please know that the entire metro New-Orleans area mourns with you and prays for you. May God bless this family. May Adrienne and Ashton "Zach" rest in peace.

Although I did not know them, so sad that two beautiful lives were taken from this earth. God please place your special touch on the two little girls and also grant a sense of peace and tranquility to the family and friends. God bless.
