Not sure what to say?

The Heller family sends prayers to Dr. Costanza's family and friends. She was a wonderful doctor and took great care of our 4 children. We were never so thankful for her as when our daughter had pneumonia at age 8 and was hospitalized for a week. It was such a comfort to know our daughter was in her care. God got a good one, as we know she will continue to care for many in his kingdom.

God Bless
The Heller Family

My son was born July 4th,'71 at Easton Hosp. her niece also that same day. I remember them in the nursery, putting a sign on her little bed, Hi Aunt Aggie!!! All three of my kids from 1966 to 1985 or so, went to her. WE loved you Dr. C. You were the best, and I loved and respected you and your staff. Loved your office, and all the special toys. Often thought of you these recent years, so sorry for your family. May God Bless you and keep you always & forever.

Dr Costanza was my children's doctor and was very dedicated and caring. May God and his Angels welcome you with open arms. Lena M Silvestri

Dr. Costanza was there when I was born, there when I graduated college; She was a big reason I was able to get through the first and keep me healthy to see to the latter. May she watch over all the people she helped along her way. Thank you for so much.

The Northampton County Medical Society, our Board and members will miss Dr Costanza and remember her compassion and dedication to her profession and our society. A member for 50 years, she dedicated her life to her patients and practice of medicine. We thank her for her many years of service to our organization. Rest in Peace Dr Costanza, your colleagues will miss you.

I remember Dr. Costanza as a caring doctor with a great sense of humor. I worked at Suburban Rescue and remember her well.

May you draw close to God in prayer and find comfort in reading his Word.
