Agnes M. Corner

In 1991 Agnes and I visited Governor John Engler office and presented our concern that Physical Education in Michigan needed to be bolstered. Agnes presented a story on this idea and shortly after her work (In 1992) Governor Engler created the "Governor's Council on Physical Fitness, Health and Sports. I was a member on the council from 1993 to 1995. I have fond memories of my next door neighbor and believe she helped make the elementary thru high school students stronger. Thanks Agnes,...
