Dear Krzysztof
More than one year later I learned about Agnes' untimely death. I was her instructor at Penn and remember her as one of the most wonderful, carig talented students. I can't believe she is gone.
Hope you and your family are adjusting to the new reality. If you ever in the area please feel free to visit.

Agnes was my dentist for twenty years, but she was also my friend. She was always kind and loving. She took photographs of my wedding and made my a photo album. That was the most beautiful gift anyone has ever given me. I loved Agnes, and I will miss her terribly, but I will always be happy to have known her.

Our deep sympathy to Chris and Matthew. We will miss Doctor as both a fine dentist and a friend for many years. The news of her passing was very sad and a shock to both of us.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of such a kind professional woman; she was a great dentist and I will miss her very much. I just found out and cannot express in words the deep loss Chris and his family must feel. God bless you Chris and your family. Constance Jani, Rn.
