Not sure what to say?

Sister Agnes Marie- Thank you for your dedication and service to the students and staff of Our Lady of The Americas (OLA). You worked tirelessly to provide for us a world-class educational experience at OLA. In a previous conversation- you had shared with me that you were given an assignment to oversee the consolidation of the three parishes school(s) of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Sacred Heart and The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception - to form the former Our Lady of Guadalupe to a new...

Rest in Peace Sister Agnes Marie.

I recall as a child the consistency of her presence to those of us that had her in our grade school years. Sr. Agnes Marie was a strength we as children could feel and be secure. When the changes occurred within the church and schools and our schools were combined she was there, maintaining that sense of security for us all even our parents, in a quickly changing structure that as paramount in our daily lives. Sr. Agnes Marie was part of the village that raised the children of our...

I was a student at Our Lady of America's. She was so very loved by the Westside community. My condolences to the family. RIP St Agnes Marie

I was a student at Our Lady of America's. My condolences to her Family. RIP Sister Agnes Marie

I was a student at Our Lady of the Americas when Sister Agnes was a teacher and principal. Fond memories of her. She was so giving here in Kansas Vity especially in the majority Hispanic community Westside. The westside loved her and she loved the westside. May she rest in peace. My condolences to her family

My wife, Judy Melgoza-Caudillo and I were fortunate to have had her as our principal at OLA. We have so many great memories of what she did for us. We look back and realize her influence in our young lives made us the adults we became. Her spirit will live on in all of us.

Sister Agnes was a wonderful principal and friend to my family. She made me feel safe and welcome in grade school. We corresponded a few years ago and it was good to catch up. She was a good person, may she rest in peace.

She is resting with our lord. She was loved by all the Kansas City westside families. I will always remember her kindness and understanding. My prayers for her and her family. May her spirit live on.
